I tried the formulas of @ThaMattie and the hands are working correctly on my Galaxy Watch with Tizen.

There is only a strange thing. In Facer creator or in Facer preview the hands are in the wrong place, as in the face of @safesz, but on the watch they are at the correct position.

Yes, i suppose that is as you say. Anyway the most important thing is that on the watch they work correctly.
