I have Samsung Galaxy Active 2. Your App and my selected watchfaces disappear and I can’t find the watchfaces I had chosen. Help!

Have you been able to re-install Facer on your phone and watch?

If you have, then you should be able to find your faces in the play store. The following link may help

Purchases disappeared with telephone change

Hi, I bought some wathcfaces and now, changing phone, I downloaded the app but in the “purchase section” there are no watchface I purchased. In the old phone instead, purchases are present in the app. I’m regularly logged on both apps. Regards
