Watch6 doesn't get heartbeat or temp data

Just bought a new Galaxy Watch6 and signed up for Facer Premium. I’ve tried several different faces from multiple designers and the result is the same: The temperature and heartbeat data is 0. I’ve verified that these data work fine with standard Galaxy faces. Anyone have any idea why this is happening?

Thanks. I now know how cold it is outside but my heart still isn’t beating. I enabled all permissions and the symptoms are still the same: the data appears in standard faces but not in any of the Facer screens.

Any other ideas?

Sometimes it is the watch being a little too loose or the sensors needing a clean with an alcohol prep pad due to packaging dirt.

Possibly, but I do get results from the sensor in non-Facer watch faces.

Hmm. Here’s a very simple test that eliminates averything apart from time and HR for you to play about with sensor permissions in facer.
