When you see that you’re copied, that is in fact a compliment.
Only the best things are being copied.
I don’t think there is a way to fight it. Don’t waste your time.
There is a clear difference between your work and that cyberpunk guy. The bad copy will be just that: bad.

Once upon a time I was designing t-shirts that were selling on e-bay and Etsy.
A few months later some guys from China stole them and offered them on alibaba.
They didn’t steal just the designs, they stole the hole pictures with a mannequin. Just copy-paste. They were too lazy to bother.
Then a had a problem with Etsy, they thought I stole from them. I resolved it but I had to explain everything, it was an embarrassing situation.
The best you can do is to put watermarks, like “work in progress” or “demo”.
I bet he doesn’t know how to remove a watermark.
Try to contact him, in some cases it will be enough if he’s a reasonable person.

I always have a problem with shirt designs.
It’s a problem to live with.
I will not message this person.
It’s just not worth the hassle.
As I said, that’s the provider’s problem.

Looks like a nice reflection in the glass . I would put your name across at 45 degrees colour #808080 opacity 33% . We will be able to see through that .

small update on the topic “reporting of copyright infringement” …
I filled out and sent the form 4 days ago.
Yesterday I received an e-mail that I should send my request again by e-mail to …
To date there has been no response, apart from an email asking if I am satisfied with the service…
well … the copy is still online … what should I answer …

I would tell them the truth that you’re not really happy with it, at least on the speed of action. They will never improve if no one points out their failure points.
