Here is a list of words that have appeared in the description or title of a watch that Got them withdrawn by the BOT or later taken down manually.
I will do my best to Curate the list and keep it here as the last entry of this topic.

It is a good initiative…you should always think that if something is sold it is likely to be registered, that is why you have to be careful with names and designs and that includes taking into account the names of the products that are sold in the facer store, regarding the other products that are not related to Facer, when one doubts the name there are some sites where you can check if it is registered or not said term or word; I share this site for every time you have doubts.

the word Perpetual is actually ok, you can take that off the list. A “perpetual calendar” is a specific characteristic of certain mechanical watches rather than a branding or naming thing. If someone claims a trademark on that they may as well be able to trademark “triple date”, “moon phase”, or automatic. But regardless, I’ve used the word perpetual in names and descriptions many times without getting flagged by the bots.
Cool I will try edit that list or make another . I mistakenly used zenith on my description of the suns peak in the Sky and that was taken down . I know that Andrei RIP tried to use Ladybird in a description . it is always worth trying to see if it has been taken off the list .
Here is the Updated List that I have made . I see someone had a Watch Taken down for using Barbie . That is a facer Brand now . If you know of others let us Know Here .

Marvin strikes again. So today one of my gear series watch faces got deleted. The only difference to a similar watch face is its name “TX-G11 Square Gears II”. Perhaps the G11 looks like Porsche 911?!
You upset Marvin showing of all those gears . He got a bit over excited and pushed the wrong button . I hope you have a Duplicate in your Watch Drawer . I will Amend the List when you have had your Apology .
I deliberitely tried to make it not pong, but I guess it didn’t make the cut. Funny thing is the face was up for way over a year, I made a fix, then poof - they got me when I updated…
Wait? Pong?!!? Wtf? Are they seriously trying to protect the rights of a video game that came out 50 years ago? Like is Pong is flying off the shelves today??? We gotta protect that Pong money baby!
